If you're looking for a high-end blind company, look no further than Timan.We recently built a new home and Timan did an amazing job with installing blinds throughout our entire house. Adam and Brooke were great to work with were extremely knowledgeable during the selection process and really helped us stay within our budget.Jon was our installer, and he was outstanding. He was so friendly and truly takes pride in the work he does. Jon really went above and beyond during the entire installation process. A few of our blinds were damaged and he got new ones ordered and was back out in a couple weeks to install them. Jon made sure that everything was perfect before he left.Can't say enough good things about our experience.

I’m extremely satisfied with the screen porch curtains that Timan installed. A few months ago I came into the showroom and the sales department helped me select the appropriate fabric for the curtains. Everyone at Timan’s from the first visit to the show room, the measurements, the order process, and the scheduler. I was always kept up to date on the process. Dave Toma, the installer, was extremely courteous and professional. He went above and beyond to make the installation go smoothly. I’m very happy with the curtains. Totally recommend Timan Custom Window Treatments.
It's been 2 weeks since our custom drapes were installed, and we love them more and more each day! Timan Custom Window treatments not only made our vision come to life, but exceeded our expectations with their product and service level. We had 3 other companies (Home Depot, Costo, 3 Day Blinds) come out, who were nowhere near Timan from a product, price, and customer service perspective. Adam was our sales person and installer. He had good balance between listening to our request and making suggestions of his own. We received our product within 4 weeks and he installed it in about an hour. Their Cleveland showroom is beautiful and full of with what feels like endless amounts of samples and examples to choose from. Elizabeth helped coordinate the appointment and was the point person for any questions we had-she was also exceptional. We will be using Timan Custom Window Treatments for ALL window needs go forward!
Tinman Window Treatments far exceeded our expectations. The new Plantation Shutters look fantastic and really transformed our rooms. Our installer (Dave) was professional and pleasant. We could not be happier with how our project turned out. As first time home buyers we had a lot to learn and a lot to consider when it came to buying our blinds. The selection was amazing and Rachelle was super helpful helping us pick out our selections and helping us find something that worked in our budget. The install was done quickly by Dave who also showed us how to utilize all the tech and apps with our motorized shades. It finally feels like home! We would definitely recommend Timan to anyone!
Working with the team at Timan was flawless from the start, and far exceeded any expectation. Rachelle was prompt, courteous, and filled with suggestions and ideas to support my initial step of deciding upon window treatment. Dave & Jason provided a seamless installation, taking the time to explain and answer any questions upon completion. The team was communicative when coordinating appointments and installation, sending e-mail invites prior to each appointment. I cannot say enough how easy they made this process for me, and how easy it will be to work with them again within the near future!
