The installer, Jon, came out and ran diagnostics and quickly solved the problem. His professionalism and knowledge were very apparent. We had motorized shades installed in a bedroom by Dave. First of all, communication by David and also by Timan was excellent every step of the way. When Dave arrived, he was completely prepared for the job. It was a very tricky installation for a few reasons, but Dave tackled each obstacle calmly and professionally. The final result is absolutely beautiful! I could not be happier.
